My favorite flavor so far, and best when ice cold! After 2 weeks of use I haven’t noticed a major difference yet beyond just drinking plain water. However I feel like my body has been able to fight off a cold better than normal over the past few days.
Only downside (-1 star) is that it clumps all the time even when I try to pour half, shake, add other half, & shake with all my might. I might try an electric whisk/stirrer to minimize clumping, but it would be cumbersome since I would have to do it in a glass then transfer to my daily water bottle.
Overall I still love them instead of just drinking plain water for hydration or the sugary water enhancers to help drink water more consistently. Totally worth it and I’ll continue to purchase!
