Return Policy

• You may return any item purchased at tryskymd.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items purchased elsewhere (e.g., Amazon) are not eligible for return on tryskymd.com.
• You will be issued a refund to your original payment method once the returned item(s) have been scanned by the carrier. Refunds may take several days depending on your card issuer.
• You may also choose to be issued store credit instead of a refund. If you do this, store credit will be issued to the email address on file.

Exchanges

• You may exchange an item purchased at tryskymd.com for another flavor of equal value as long as that flavor is in stock.
• You may use exchanges to try new flavors if you did not like what you originally purchased. We reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges per order.
• Your credit card may be authorized for the exchange order. This authorization will drop once the exchanged product is scanned by the carrier.
